This set is numbered.  It is number 006288.  It was released and is stamped on May 21st, 1981.  The set has a Space Shuttle Columbia Coin and includes a picture of the Shuttle Columbia taking off at Cape Canaveral on April 12th, 1981 at 7:00am Eastern Standard Time which was the very first time the Space Shuttle Columbia launched. (Maiden Voyage)

This is the same Space Shuttle Columbia, which, on it’s 107th mission disentigrated during reentry on February 1st, 2003.
